3. Where do you ship from and to?
We ship from the United States to Australia. Shipping is free on all orders.
4. How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery to Australian addresses then takes 3-12 business days depending on your location, so please allow 4-14 business days in total from the day you order. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
5. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, and we ask you to contact us before sending anything back. We cover return postage when an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. For all other approved returns, return postage is at your cost.
6. How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed on average within a maximum of 7 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
