Return & Refund Policy

We really want you to love what you buy from us. But we also know that sometimes things just don't work out the way you hoped.
Maybe the color looks different in your room. Maybe you measured wrong (happens to all of us). Maybe you just changed your mind. That's totally fine. Here's how we handle returns and refunds.
You've Got 30 Days
From the day your package shows up at your door, you have 30 days to decide if you want to keep it. That's a full month to try things out in your space and see if they work.
Once we get your returned item back, we usually process refunds within a week. Sometimes faster, but we say seven days to be safe.
How to Send Something Back
First, shoot us an email at info@peakinterior.com. Tell us what you're returning and why. We're not going to give you a hard time about it.
We'll email you back with the address where to send it and any other info you need. Pretty straightforward.
Quick tip: Use a shipping method with tracking. We've had packages go missing before, and tracking makes everything easier if that happens. We can't be responsible for items that get lost on the way back to us.
Who Pays for Shipping?
Here's the deal. We cover shipping to you (that's free). But if you're sending something back because you changed your mind, you'll need to cover the return shipping cost.
We know it's not ideal, but it helps us keep our prices fair for everyone.
If Something's Wrong With Your Order
This is different. If your item shows up damaged, broken, or just plain wrong, that's on us.
Contact us within 48 hours of getting your delivery. Send us a quick email with a photo if you can. We'll sort it out fast and get you either a replacement or your money back.
You won't pay for return shipping in these cases. That wouldn't be fair.
Want to Exchange Instead?
Sure thing. If you'd rather swap for something else, just let us know when you contact us. Give us your order number and tell us what you'd like instead.
We'll walk you through it from there.
Getting Your Money Back
We send refunds back the same way you paid. Used a credit card? It goes back to that card. Paid with PayPal? Goes back to PayPal.
When you check your bank statement, you might see it listed as "peakinterior" or something similar. It'll show up within a few business days after we process it, depending on your bank.
A Few Things We Can't Take Back
Most of our stuff can be returned, no problem. But there are a few exceptions.
Some items can't be returned for hygiene reasons or because they were customized just for you. We always mention this on the product page before you buy, so you'll know ahead of time.
If you're not sure about a specific item, just ask us before ordering.
One More Thing
We get it. Buying home décor online means you can't see it in person first. That's why we try to be super clear with our photos and descriptions.
But if something still doesn't match what you expected, we're here to help make it right. No judgment, no hassle.
