6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • We offer a 30-day refund window from the date you receive your order.
  • Refunds are processed on average within 7 days after we receive the returned item.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. For such items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Exchanges are available. The return address will be provided after your request.
